Tomi Vauters: If you want a tattoo that means "love without heart," that would be:In Traditional Chinese, 無心之愛In Simplified Chinese, 无心之爱Even if you write it in Simplified, the 心less 爱 will not be noticed. Alternatively, you could write 無心之爱, where everything but 爱 is in Traditional Chinese, thereby emphasizing the lack of 心 in 爱, but this might be! (mis)interpreted as you criticizing Simplified Chinese. If you want to avoid this, then I recommend either:1. Not doing any wordplay with the 心less 爱 and just write it in Traditional Chinese, or2. Write it in Traditional Chinese, but tell the tattooist to leave out 心 in 愛 (i.e. it's blank in the middle)....Show more
