Brian Marquina: It is not a club. You are never "officially" a vegetarian. You sound like you are desperate to fit in with a crowd of people who think being a vegetarian is cool. I ended up with vitamin deficiencies after years of strict vegetarianism and had to start eating fish and poultry. So be careful, this is a major health decision, not a social popularity contest. Your health is more important than the health of animals. Sounds very un-PC to pull that moral hierarchy, but it's true.
Eva Lichlyter: as soon as you decide it in your head and heart! :-)
Rodrigo Pezley: you can go ahead and call yourself one....I mean, as soon as you decide to abstain from eating meat (for an indefinite period of time), then you're a vegetarian.
Renita Sefton: I have been a vegetarian for about a year now. For the first few months, when I was offered meat, I would explain that I was trying out being vegetarian. After a couple of months of being comfortable being a veg! etarian and when I had settled into it, I started to call myself a vegetarian. So basically once you are used to it and are sure it is a decision you want to make, you can call yourself a vegetarian. Before then, you can explain to others that you are trying out the vegetarian thing to see if you are comfortable with it....Show more
Heidi Creselious: if you haven't eaten any meat and you stick to vegetables and fruits and rice is okay and lots of beans are good too im also a vegetarian and that's what i eat so i would say yes you r a vegetarian
Nedra Oltz: just because yu didnt eat meat for a week , doesnt mean you're a vegetarian, you have to understand and be passionaite about why you arn't eating the meat. if yu dont like it, thats something totally different. but if you're not eating it because yu think it is rude to animals, then call yourself one right aswway !
