Myron Leftwich: Educated people have more chances to be economic independant. They can find a job or star their own business (even though to start your business, education is not necessary).
Dannie Briseno: Education gives people the skills they need to become more employable and get better-paying jobs, so they can move up the economic ladder out of poverty.
Lupe Sancen: The wealth of a country depends on nat! ural resources and infrastructure but the most important factor is the skill of its labor force. In a modern economy the skills needed are no longer ones people can learn without going to school.
